HYROX Half Simulation recreates the structure and competitive flow of an official HYROX race, combining running segments with functional workout stations in a shorter, more manageable format.
Built for athletes who want to experience HYROX intensity with reduced volume — ideal for first-timers, those returning from training breaks, or athletes focusing on speed, efficiency, and race execution.
How This Differs from HYROX Full Simulation
Half the distance, same race feel. You’ll experience the same race-style setup, transitions, and competitive environment — with reduced running and workout volume compared to the Full Simulation.
More accessible, less exhaustive. Designed to be physically demanding without the full race fatigue, allowing athletes to push intensity while managing overall load.
Focus on execution over survival. The Half Simulation emphasizes pacing, movement efficiency, and strategy, rather than pure endurance required in the Full Simulation.
