Terms & Conditions
Coverage
- Valid only for injuries that occur during:
- HYROX Simulation
- Official class activities held during Sportfest
- Activities must be conducted under the Sportfest program at 20FIT.
Claim Period
- Injury claims must be reported and claimed within 2 x 24 hours after the activity.
Medical Decision
- All diagnosis, claim eligibility, and treatment decisions are determined by the medical team at 20FIT Clinic Sinabung.
Benefits
Eligible claims are entitled to:
- 1x Physiotherapy Session (value IDR 650,000)
- 1x Doctor Consultation (value IDR 650,000)
Redemption
- Benefits are valid once per purchase
- Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Treatment is conducted only at 20FIT Clinic Sinabung
Exclusions
- Pre-existing injuries
- Injuries occurring outside HYROX Simulation or official Sportfest class activities
